Start Point: Coon Rapids Dam Visitor Center, 9750 Egret Blvd, Coon Rapids, MN

Distance:  
  Bike: 25K and 50K
  Walk: 10K
Trail Rating/Description:  Unique bike trails on both the east 
 and west side of the Mississippi River. The east side links 
 Coon Rapids, Fridley and Columbia Heights. The west side goes 
 through Elm Creek Park Reserve and along the North Hennepin 
 Regional Trail.  Bikes are available for rent at the Visitor Center.
 Rating 2.
Award/Fees:  B awards available.  Credit-only fee is $3.
 Without AVA credit, fee is $2.
Directions: From I694 proceed north on East River Road, 
 which becomes Coon Rapids Blvd.  Continue to Egret Blvd. 
 and go left .3 miles into the park.
