Trail Description: 
  The majority are faily wide hard pack dirt and grass,
  with a few boardwalks.  There may be some low damp or wet areas.

  Deadline for award pre-registration is August 15 ... 
  pre-registration is highly recommended.
  Award & IVV credit:, $8.  Credit-only fee is $3.  
  Without AVA credit, fee is $2.

From the Twin Cities (about 125 miles), 
    From I694, take MN65 north to McGregor.
    From McGregor, about 7 miles north on 65 to Aitkin County 14,
    and NorthEast about 10 miles to park.
