Co-sponsored by: Lake Maria State Park
Join NSTT for another day of snowshoeing in the state parks!
There will be a limited number of shoes at our event for you to try out.
It will be a great day in the park and if Mother Nature
doesn't cooperate with enough snow, we'll hoof in our
walking boots!
Registration will be at the Trail Center. You may start
anytime after 10 a.m. and finish by 4 p.m.
The event is sanctioned for 8K and is made up of multi-loops of
various lengths from 1 to 4km.
The Award is a turtle bell, representing the blanding turtle found in the park.
Deadline for award pre-registration is January 15 ...
pre-registration is highly recommended.
Cost of the award and snowshoes is $10;
IVV credit and showshoes $5; deduct $3 if you have your own snowshoes.
Water and restrooms are available at the start/finish area. We
encourage walkers to carry water on all events!
